Notice of Election

Notice to hereby given that a Municipal Election will be held in the City of Sweet Springs, Missouri on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, for the purpose of electing a Commissioner for the Sweet Springs Special Road District (3-year-term), Candidates may file from Tuesday, December 15, 2009, to January 19, 2010, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays, at the Sweet Springs City Hall with Ronda Nienhueser, who is acting as clerk for the Special Road District.

Notice of Filing Dates

The City of Sweet Springs will hold a Municipal Election on April 6, 2010 for the following offices: Mayor, two-year term; Alderman Ward 1, two-year term; Alderman Ward 2, two-year-term; City Collector, two-year-term.

Individuals wishing to file for one of these offices may do so from Tuesday, December 15, 2009 until Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at City Hall, 324 S. Miller St. , between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with the City Clerk, excluding holidays.
